I am looking for a nice flat with 2/2.5 rooms 50-70 sqm flat in the ring ( Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg , Neukölln, Friedrichshain) with a balcony, terrace or garden. I am also open with attics or top floor apartments as long as there is an elevator. I would prefer a bathroom with a bathtub. Ideally a renovated Altbau with high ceilings , but also okay with a Neu bau as long as it's a nice flat in the locations i mentioned. If it's close to the river / canal or has parks nearby, it's a definite plus but not mandatory. Much love and hope to hear from you Berlin fam soon ??
I offer my bright sunlit 60 sqm flat directly on the harbor ( Landungsbrücken) opposite Elbphilarmonie, Beautiful balcony facing a garden and Innenhof, very central, supermarkets , s/ubahn , ferry , bus stations 2 min by foot, is on second floor and has an elevator. This is very central , in few minutes you are in main station and also in a few minutes to st Pauli, Schanze, but it's really quiet as it's on a star street though it's in the hip Portuguese quarter and has many restaurants and bars around. In the flat a Washing machine, dishwasher, wardrobes included. The flat is very close to the biggest park in the city ( reachable few minutes by foot) and 1 minute away from the river Elbe. The cold rent is 748€ and the total warm rent including heating and supplementary costs is 1058€ ( calculated for 2 people). As one person living here, I don't consume that much and always get a refund from the rental company.
