A lovely apartment facing both south and north, with larger balcony facing the mountains. There is a large walkable forest behind which I regularly go for walks, a public park with an outdoor gym and skateboarding area, and a football ground. There are many, many shops like Lidl, Aldi, and Edeka at 2, 3, 4 minutes walking distance, as well as a Turkish groceries shop.
Two bus connections take you quickly to many key areas and also the S-Bahn.
The apartment is on the 7th floor and is about 60m2. There is also a basement, and a large car parking which you can rent out to earn some cash if you want. I don't have a car so I just keep it empty for now.
It's a great place to live with very nice family oriented neighbors!
