Shared Room in Female WG (4 people) – Available from July 1st (or end of June) – Köln Kalk
We are looking for a female tenant only to take over a spot in our shared apartment (WG) in Köln Kalk.
📍 Location:
• Very close to U-Bahn Kalk Post & Kalk Kapelle (approx. 500–650 m, 9–10 min walk)
• Near Köln Arcaden shopping center
• About 900 m (15 min walk) to S-Bahn Trimbornstraße
• Supermarkets nearby: Aldi, Kaufland, DM, TEDi, Woolworth
🏠 The Apartment:
• 4 female flatmates in total
• 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen
• Smoking is allowed, but please be respectful of others
💶 Rent & Costs:
• Rent: 525€ / month (includes water & electricity)
• Internet not included (everyone uses their own mobile data)
• Radio tax not included
• Deposit: 950€
🛋️ Furniture Fee (IMPORTANT):
• One-time payment: 300€ (must take over furniture – no exceptions)
• Fridge share: 62.50€ (you will get this back when you move out, from the next tenant)
🧺 Washing Machine:
• 2€ per use, OR
• Option to co-own with a roommate (125€ each)
📅 Move-in date:
• July 1st, 2026 (or end of June)
• Not later than this date
📝 Registration:
• Anmeldung (city registration) is possible
• Long-term stay preferred
👩👩👧 Flatmates:
• All female, aged around 20–28
• One student, one flight attendant, one working in a restaurant
• I am currently an intern and finishing my studies, so I am moving out
🌿 WG Life:
• Quiet and independent atmosphere
• Everyone has a busy schedule, so we don’t interact much daily
• Occasionally we have tea together or go for a walk (but not often)
• Suitable for someone who values privacy
🧹 Cleaning:
• No fixed cleaning schedule
• Everyone cleans as needed
• Shared items are replaced when used up
• You can discuss organizing a system with the others if you like
