**Wen wir suchen**
Eine:n Mitbewohner:in, 20-33 Jahre alt, berufstätig oder mit Einkommensnachweis. Langfristige Vermietung bevorzugt (mind. 6 Monate).
Besichtigung ist möglich — gerne einen Termin vereinbaren.

A flatmate aged 20-33, employed or with proof of income. Long-term is preferred (min. 6 months).
