Hi Berliner oder bald-werdende,
Ich (41 Jahre, Männlich, Fahrrad-Verkäufer) suche ab sofort eine/-n Mitbewohner:In für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Über mich:
In meiner Freizeit spiele ich mit Freunden Gesellschaftsspiele, Videospiele, fahre Rad oder genieße unsere interessante Hauptstadt. Wenn möglich versuche ich neue Städte und Länder kennenzulernen.
Die Wohnung:
Gelegen im dritten Stock an der Haltestelle Nöldnerplatz. Eine Station vom Ostkreuz. Mit Imbiss und Bäcker gegenüber und einem Späti 3min zu Fuss entfernt.
Sie verfügt über ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche mit großem Esstisch für Geselligkeit. Es gibt einen Hinterhof mit Fahrradständern.
Das freie Zimmer ist 15,6m² groß (3,46m x 4,52m) und verfügt über einen Balkon.

Die Anschaffung einer Waschmaschine kann nach Absprache durch mich oder "uns" erfolgen. Ich hatte bisher kein Bedürfnis.
Die Gesamtmiete mit allen Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet) beträgt 1.485€. Ich sehe daher eine Miethöhe von 700€ vor. Kaution und Kündigungsfrist nach Absprache und im Verhältnis.

Whenever I can I try to explore new cities or countries.
The flat:
Located on the third floor at the tram station Nöldnerplatz. Bakery and Döner right across the street. And a Späti 3min walk away.
The bathroom comes with a tub. The kitchen has enough space for a big dining table and get-togethers. The backyard offers bicycle stands.
The room offered is 15,6m² (3,46m x 4,52m) and includes a balcony.
It comes with:

We can come to an agreement about buying a washing machine together or funded by me. I just didn't feel like I needed it, yet.
Rent for the whole flat including all utiliy costs (electricity, water, heating and internet) comes out at around 1.485€.
For this reason I am aiming for 700€. Deposit and notice period can be negotiated.
