Studenten-WG in Campus-Nähe (Albstadt) – 2-Etagen-WG mit Balkon! Nur für Studierende!
Lage:
Direkt in der Nähe des Campus Albstadt – ideal für Studierende! Die WG befindet sich auf der 3. und 4. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
WG-Aufteilung:
- Obere Etage (4. Etage): Nur Frauen-WG (Zustimmung der aktuellen Mieterinnen erforderlich).
- Untere Etage (3. Etage): Gemischte WG (offen für alle Studierende).
- Keine Zweck-WG! Wir sind eine aktive WG mit regelmäßigen internen Events und Partys, die in der Regel in der 1. Etage stattfinden. Die Bewohnerinnen der 2. Etage sind natürlich herzlich eingeladen, mitzufeiern!
Gemeinschaftsräume:
- Wohnzimmer und Küche befinden sich in der gemischten WG und stehen allen zur Verfügung.
- Balkon: Die Frauen-Etage hat den größten Balkon – perfekt zum Entspannen oder Lernen!
Sanitär:
- Frauen-Etage: Eigenes Badezimmer + separate Toilette.
- Gemischte Etage: Gemeinsame Nutzung der Sanitäranlagen.
Zimmerangebot (insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer):
- Frauen-Etage:
- 1 Zimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank (500 € warm).
- 1 Standardzimmer (400 € warm).
- Gemischte Etage:
- 2 Standardzimmer (je 400 € warm).
Nebenkosten: Strom, Wasser und Heizung sind inklusive. Internet muss intern geklärt werden.
Besichtigung & Kontakt:
- Nur für Studierende! (Nachweis durch Immatrikulationsbescheinigung oder Studentenausweis erforderlich).
- Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache möglich.
- Einzugstermin: Flexibel, gerne auch kurzfristig.

Location:
Right next to Albstadt Campus – perfect for students! The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a multi-family building.
Apartment Layout:
- Top Floor (4th Floor): Women-only shared apartment (approval from current female tenants required).
- Bottom Floor (3rd Floor): Mixed-gender shared apartment (open to all students).
- No "Zweck-WG" (purpose-only shared apartment)! We are an active shared apartment with regular internal events and parties, which usually take place on the 1st floor. Female residents from the 2nd floor are, of course, warmly invited to join the fun!
Common Areas:
- Living room and kitchen are located in the mixed-gender apartment and are available for everyone to use.
- Balcony: The women’s floor has the largest balcony—perfect for relaxing or studying outdoors!
Bathrooms:
- Women’s floor: Private bathroom + separate toilet.
- Mixed-gender floor: Shared bathroom facilities.
Available Rooms (4 bedrooms total):
- Women’s Floor:
- 1 room with a walk-in closet (500 € warm rent).
- 1 standard room (400 € warm rent).
- Mixed-Gender Floor:
- 2 standard rooms (each 400 € warm rent).
Utilities: Electricity, water, and heating are included. Internet must be arranged internally among tenants.

- Students only! (Proof of enrollment via student ID or enrollment certificate required).
- Viewings are possible by appointment.
- Move-in date: Flexible, short-term move-ins are welcome.
