Hello, My name is Kamila, and I am looking for a roommate for my lovely apartment on Hufelandstraße, in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is in a beautiful historic building from 1902 and combines old Berlin charm with a calm, comfortable living atmosphere. It is around 100 sqm, bright, spacious, and very well equipped. The available room is around 20 sqm, furnished, and can be arranged in different ways. The kitchen is almost the same size, fully equipped with a coffee machine, air fryer, rice cooker, KitchenAid and more — a lovely space for cooking, working from home, or occasionally sharing a meal. The apartment has both a separate toilet and a bathroom, as well as extra storage space in the basement. The location is lively but still calm: two parks are very close by, one about 5 minutes away on foot and the other around 10 minutes away. There are many cafés, restaurants, shops, and organic supermarkets nearby. Public transport is excellent — tram and bus connections are only a few minutes away, and Alexanderplatz is around 15 minutes from the apartment. I live a calm and respectful life and work in the cultural field as a curator of a music festival. I value cleanliness, open communication, mutual respect, and privacy, while also enjoying a shared meal or conversation every now and then. I partly live with my dog Ella, who is truly very sweet. My mother, who is 80, visits occasionally, but she is very quiet, independent, and mostly stays in my room. The room is available from mid-July.
