The studio has a bed, desk, wall unit, wardrobe and a kitchen. The toilets are shared by all students on the same floor. There are a total of two showers and four toilets on the floor. There are also washing machines and dryers available (accessible via an app). The studio belongs to the Cologne Student Union and is to be sublet for 9 months (June 1st, 2026 - Feb 28th, 2027). It can only be sublet to someone who meets KSTW requirements; 1. Student status: You are enrolled at a state university in Cologne for the entire duration of your stay or are completing a study-related internship in Cologne. 2. No prior KSTW experience: You have never lived in a student residence of the Cologne Student Union before. 3. Documents: You have a current certificate of enrollment (or internship confirmation) and a passport photo readily available (you have to submit an enrollment certificate for the current summer semester, and an updated certificate for the winter semester to be submitted Sep/Oct)
