An entrance hall opens into a vast hallway with cupboards and a lavatory as well as a period wooden staircase climbing to the top floor. Off the corridor, there is a north-to-south, dual aspect, almost 40-m² lounge/dining room, prolonged by a bay window with a 180° view of the sea, the large beach and town-centre. The room is bathed in light, possesses wood stripped flooring and includes a white marble fireplace, typical of the bourgeois edifices of its time. The hallway also leads to a bedroom with sea views, boasting an adjoining en suite bathroom with a lavatory. This level can be reached by the period wooden staircase. It is made up of a landing that is bathed in light leading to four bedrooms with exposed, painted trusses.
