A house with a pool is for sale in the town of Vrsi, 20 km north of Zadar. It is located just 200m from the sea and a maintained beach. The total area of the house is 220 m2.
It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is an entrance area, living room with kitchen and dining room, a WC with laundry, two storage rooms, and a covered terrace.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, which consists of 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and one of the rooms has its own terrace and wardrobe.
In the yard there is a pool with an area of 32 m2, landscaped green areas, and parking for 3 vehicles.
