we are looking to exchange our cozy 2-room apartment in Munich. With approximately 60 m², it is ideal for a couple or a single person. The basic rent is €1,350. The apartment is located very close to the U2 station Silberhornstraße, with many shops nearby and a beautiful view.

One important note for us is the nearby church bell ringing. While this may not be an issue for many (and could even be a charming feature), it is unfortunately a drawback for us.

We are therefore looking for a centrally located apartment in Munich with at least 2 rooms and 60 m², with a maximum warm rent of €2,000.
