During the rehabilitation carried out by the current owners and completed by a company specialised in heritage, an 18th century beam and quintal press was discovered, as well as the old wine cellar, constituting true heritage gems. In addition, the old stone oil mill has been restored and recovered.
Today, the property has extensive olive groves and a modern oil mill of approx 600 m2, equipped with machinery in excellent condition and all the necessary permits for the production and sale of oil.
