Built in the late 19th century and expanded around the middle of the 20th century, this building complex is located along a moderately busy road, which provides easy access to Beaune's downtown area, train station and the motorway's slip road.
Featuring pointed ashlar stone exteriors topped with a small flat tile hipped roof, this two-storey building, the top floor of which is under the eaves, extends its lengthy façade along the street, while its large or small-paned rectangular windows, safeguarded by wooden shutters, symmetrically cadence its exteriors, which are also embellished with ashlar stone quoins and window/door surrounds.
On one side, a narrow carriage entrance is accessible to transit vans, which can then park in a small courtyard, while, on the other side, a pedestrian door opens on to a large interior courtyard, which communicates with the property's offices and accommodations. Lastly, at a right angle, a small building, with simple roughcast-rendered exteriors and an interlocking tile roof, provides access to a series of immense industrial-type facilities on the ground floor.
