The apartment is just a two-minute walk from Sanssouci Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the Potsdam-Berlin Palace and Park Landscape. Numerous restaurants and cafés are also located in the immediate vicinity and promise culinary highlights.

Schiffbauergasse, with its numerous cultural attractions, is also just a stone's throw away.
