The buildings are set at the heart of the property and form a closed courtyard with an imposing cast iron gate, and central fountain.

One of the wings has been converted into a large banquet or seminar hall. The second wing comprises a vast 180 m2 hangar.

The winery closes off the central courtyard to the north. It is a traditional-style winery with a total capacity of 12 000 hl in a range of cement, stainless steel, enameled steel and fiberglass tanks. The winery is very well equipped with a tubular heat exchange unit, double pneumatic press, temperature control, rotary vacuum filter...
A magnificent wine shop was constructed in 2016 from local stone.

Certified as being of 'High Environmental Value', the estate spreads over 90 contiguous hectares and comprises 77 ha of vineyard as follows :

- AOP Cotes du Rhone Villages : 60,6 ha
- AOP Cotes du Rhone : 0,2 ha
- AOP Costieres de Nimes : 9,13 ha
- IGP : 7 ha

The vines are planted in high quality rolled pebble soil from the quaternary era (Villafranchian), similar to the revered terroir of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

The vineyard is regularly renewed with around 22 ha of vines being planted in the last 10 years. The young vines sit side by side the older plots of Grenache and Carignan, some of which are over 95 years old.
