This historic property, built between the 16th and 18th centuries, offers an idyllic setting. Set on a hillside in a peaceful location in the town of Uzes, just an 8-minute walk from the Place aux Herbes, the pedestrian district and its many shops and restaurants, it offers 2,020 m2 of living space set in parkland with centuries-old trees.

"In 1607, this beautiful residence was the property of noble Imbert du Roy, sieur of Saint Victor la Coste. The house covered an area of 104 m2. The olive grove and garden covered an area of almost one hectare. The compoix specifies that the land adjoins the land of the poor of the maladiere to the east. It was here that the Saint Firmin leprosarium was located. In 1667, the property passed to Daniel Saurin, who extended the house by 40 m2 and also built the 24 m2 gallery and the staircase. *1

The first building, listed ISMH2, features a professional kitchen on the ground floor, as well as 3 lounges that could accommodate a restaurant or be converted into different living rooms, two of which have fireplaces. On the 1st floor, a lounge overlooking the turret has been converted into a library and a small kitchen, as well as a study. 3 large bedrooms (each with its own bathroom with bath, shower and separate wc) have been renovated in keeping with the original building while providing all modern comforts.

The second floor comprises 2 large suites with bathrooms (each with bath, shower and separate WC), one of which has the top of the turret converted into a sitting area, a laundry room and a small bedroom with bath and WC. All the rooms are through-view rooms with exceptional views over the valley to Mont Ventoux.

The second building houses a 134m2 vaulted spa area (indoor swimming pool, hammam, shower room, massage room and gym). On the first floor, there are 2 en suite bedrooms, one with a lovely terrace overlooking the garden and the other with its own private garden, each accessible via its own private entrance. On the upper floor, a very large suite boasts a bathroom with bath, shower and separate WC, as well as a panoramic terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux.

On the other side of the outdoor swimming pool (14x5m), sheltered from view, 4 other large bedrooms with terrace, bathroom (bath, shower and separate WC) and 3 small bedrooms with showers have recently been built: all on one level, one of these large bedrooms is accessible for disabled people.

All rooms have central heating (heat pump and gas) and air conditioning. A spring in a pretty cave at the foot of the main building supplies the automatic watering system for the lower part of the grounds. A borehole in the upper part supplies the water network for the swimming pool and the watering system for the upper part.
