MONEY LAUNDERING: As a real estate brokerage company, Immo-Team GmbH & Co.KG is obliged under Section 2 (1) No. 14 and Section 10 (3) of the Money Laundering Act (GwG) to establish and verify the identity of the contractual partner when entering into a business relationship. To this end, we are required under Section 11 GwG to record the relevant data from your identity card (if you are acting as a natural person) - for example, by means of a copy. In the case of a legal entity, we require a copy of the extract from the commercial register showing the beneficial owner. The Money Laundering Act stipulates that the broker must retain the copies or documents for five years.
COMMISSION NOTICE: By requesting and using the services of Immo-Team GmbH & Co. KG, a brokerage agreement is concluded. If the activities of this company result in a valid main contract with the owner, the interested party must pay the local commission/brokerage fee as stated in the exposé to Immo-Team GmbH & Co.KG upon conclusion of a notarized purchase contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY for consumers:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract or after we have received your request by email.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Immo-Team GmbH & Co. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
