CHALET in Morzine
Nestled just above the Nyon ski lift, about 1.5km from the centre of Morzine, with the free ski bus stopping at the foot of the chalet.
The chalet has its own private stairs that d-rop you out at the doors to the lift building and you can ski back to within 150 metres from the top of mountain at around 2000 metres in altitude down to the chalet at around 1000 metres. This area is also fantastic in summer with the impressive Nyon waterfall, mountain biking tracks and excellent walking trails.
The main living area has a fireplace and large windows that allow plenty of natural light and excellent views of the surrounding forest and mountains and open out on to a sunny south west facing balcony. A mezzanine level above the lounge and kitchen serves as the dining area. The middle level has 3 ensuite bedrooms and a bunk room, and these all have private balconies.
On the lower level there are two more bedrooms, a ski and boot room, a laundry room and the boiler room. Plus a decent storage area that can also double up as a further bedroom if needed as it has a door, window and a bathroom.
A large terrace with hot tub stretches across the front of the chalet and opens up to a small garden area to the side.
