What makes the apartment so special?

The location of the apartment is definitely something special, being located on one of the most beautiful squares in Vienna, the Franziskanerplatz with the Moses fountain, the Franziskanerkirche and the famous "kleines Café" and "Gasthaus Pöschl" on the square. Furthermore, the apartment provides the Viennese architecture charm being located in an old traditional, but fully renovated building with its 3.8 meters high ceilings. The apartment is located in the second staircase which makes it super quiet and peaceful.

Who is the landlord and owner?

My name is Sylvia. I grew up in the neighborhood of the apartment and lived there for more than 10 years now. I recently decided to move to Amsterdam and thus would like to rent out my beautiful space. The pictures were taken in January 2020 when I was still living in the apartment. Please be ensured that the personal items which can be seen on the pictures will certainly be removed before renting the apartment.
