The home enjoys absolute privacy and offers a sea view. The house is typical of the region's rural dwellings. The original edifice faces north and south. It has a first floor in the roof space. It is made of stone and crowned with a thatched roof. Two wings have been added to the old building: one that runs lengthways in line with it and another that adjoins it at a right angle. An east terrace and a south terrace extend the reception rooms. A wooden structure adjoining the west side serves as a workshop. The extensions have been built with respect for the original materials and dimensions. They are mainly made of rubble stone and ashlar.

The main homeThe main home has a ground floor and a first floor. You enter it from the south side, through a stable door that takes you into a lounge with a wood-burning stove. On the east side, an extension houses a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a shower room and a mezzanine leisure space. Beside this section there is an ocean-facing terrace outside. All the walls are coated with tadelakt: a Moroccan form of plastering. White stone forms the floors.

You step through a stable door into a lounge with a wood-burning stove. On the east side, another entrance door leads into the extension, which houses a dining room and a kitchen. This section offers a self-contained space made up of a bedroom with a mezzanine floor, a shower room, and a separate lavatory. It leads to the workshop, which adjoins it.
