For sale is a house with 4 apartments in the town of Privlaka, 20km north of Zadar. It is located in a very quiet area just 200m away from sandy beaches, yet close to the main road connecting Vir and Privlaka, offering great potential for hospitality businesses such as a restaurant, tavern, accommodation, and similar.
