To the east of Marseille, between the Massif des Calanques mountains and Cap Canaille headland, Cassis is a small municipality full of character that has preserved its village soul and protected its lands, some of which form prestigious PDO vineyards. The port of Cassis, home to a fishing harbour, commercial port and marina, is where the property is situated and is the hub of the town, which dates from Roman times and has inspired and continues to inspire many painters.
