Built by the Lords of Langin, Chateau de Buffavent is a fortified manor and a landmark of Savoyard heritage. Located in Lully, near Geneva and Lake Geneva, the chateau has been listed on the Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques (Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments) since 1944.
Set on a natural terrace at the heart of a 10-hectare estate, the chateau is distinguished by its robust silhouette flanked by four towers, one of which was reconstructed in the 19th century. Its remarkable surroundings include landscaped gardens, an arboretum, a deer park, a tennis court, a mini football pitch, and a basketball area, creating a unique harmony between nature and refinement.
